Refund policy

Refund rules are set for each BACCHUS event.

Event refund terms

Where an event has its own refund terms, they are shown on the event page and those terms apply. Where no refund terms are shown, tickets are not refundable once bought, except as described below.

If an event is cancelled

If an event is cancelled, we will email everyone who bought tickets, using the address on their order, to explain how refunds will be handled.

How refunds are paid

Refunds for online purchases are returned through Paystack to the original payment method. After a refund is processed it can take up to 10 business days to reach you. Refunds for tickets bought at the venue are handled by the BACCHUS team directly.

Transfers

Tickets cannot be transferred to another person unless the event page says transfers are allowed.
