Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you buy or use a ticket for a BACCHUS event.

Your ticket

• Each ticket admits one person, once. Every ticket has its own reference and QR code.
• Keep your ticket private. The first scan of a ticket at the entrance is the one that counts, so a copied ticket can stop the real holder getting in.
• Tickets are sent to the email address used at checkout and can be found again on the My Tickets page.

At the event

• Entry is subject to the venue's rules and to any age or entry requirements shown on the event page.
• We may refuse entry for tickets that are invalid, cancelled, refunded or already used.

Changes

If important event details change, we will email ticket holders at the address on their order.

Refunds and transfers

Refunds and transfers follow the refund policy and any terms shown on the event page.
